We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee and guide our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, employee relations, and HR processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in human resource management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of recruitment and HR operations. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work culture. Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for management review. Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance HR efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably from the Insurance Industry. 5+ years of experience in HR. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
