Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Management & Acquisition

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a superior candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast organizational hiring needs and align talent pipelines with future business objectives.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and efficiency.

HR Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the existing HR team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
  • Manpower Planning & Strategy: Conduct strategic workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organization is optimally staffed to meet present and future demands.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and rigorously enforce HR policies and procedures that ensure strict adherence to labor laws and reflect company values.
  • Business Partnership: Participate actively in regular business reviews, presenting key HR insights, metrics, and strategic recommendations to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee performance management cycles, manage complex employee relations issues, and support organizational learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven dual expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and executing comprehensive HR generalist duties.
