Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION HR • Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Recruitment: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent • Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the applicant tracking system • Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and make job offers • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations Employee Relations: • Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns • Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline • Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees Compensation and Benefits: • Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits Compliance: • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including EEO laws, labor laws, and health and safety regulations • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications • Bachelors degree in HRM or related fields • 3 -5 years of proven HR work experience. • Strong knowledge of employment law • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations • Exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multitasking skills. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Schedule: • Day shift Education: • Bachelor's resources management: 4 years (Required)
