Role: HR Manager Location: On-site, Karur Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resource functions. This role demands a strategic and hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, support compliance, and foster a high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning • Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and certification requirements (SA8000, BSCI, etc.) • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems • Manage payroll and HRIS systems • Coordinate training & development initiatives • Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention strategies • Oversee HR aspects of hostel, canteen, and transport facilities for employees Qualifications • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management • Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and certifications such as SA8000, GOTS, Sedex, etc. • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills • Experience with payroll management and HR software systems • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Prior experience in the textile industry or manufacturing sector is an added advantage Show more Show less
