Candidate needs to also travel to Thane and Taloja as they have branch office And has to visit Kolhapur once in a month Monday to Saturday Working from office Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Sohm Analytical Services I Pvt Ltd, located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department, manage recruitment processes, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labour laws. The individual will also manage performance reviews, coordinate training programs, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives. The individual must be willing to travel to different branches within Maharashtra. Qualifications 5 yrs minimum experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle various HR functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply ethical judgment Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the analytical services or pharmaceutical industry is a plus If you are interested for this role please connect on 9819885893.
