Company Name: Prominent Realty Location: Gurgaon Sector- 47 Position Type: Full-time Designation: HR Manager - Real Estate Education Qualification: Graduation Working Days: 6 No. of openings: 1 Job Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: "Primary responsibility is driving and building the hiring process by managing HR recruiters and overseeing candidate selection to meet staffing needs." Employee Management: Supervise daily HR operations, including monitoring attendance via email, WhatsApp, and ESSL data. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and generate offer and appointment letters for selected candidates. Manage the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed. Employee Communication: Facilitate routine communication with employees, including sending birthday and anniversary wishes, as well as issuing warning and termination emails when required. Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updates of employee records, and relevant HR documentation. Monthly HR Tasks: Update key employee-related sheets (team, SIM, laptop, master) on a monthly basis. Ensure payroll and attendance data are processed and submitted to management by the 5th of each month. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct weekly meetings with managers and employees, documenting and distributing minutes (MOM) to relevant stakeholders. Exit and Handover Procedures: Oversee the exit process for departing employees, ensuring the return of company assets, SIM card retrieval, WhatsApp logout, and completion of all necessary documentation. Required Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR management role or equivalent experience in Real Estate. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software. In-depth understanding of the real estate industry.
