HR Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at our company, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including Recruitment and Hiring, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, and Legal Compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing job descriptions to attract suitable candidates - Attracting candidates through various channels - Interviewing and selecting candidates that fit the company culture - Onboarding new employees smoothly and efficiently - Identifying training needs for employees - Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs - Addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly - Mediating disputes between employees or between employees and management - Maintaining a positive work environment for all employees - Administering salary and compensation programs - Conducting salary surveys to ensure competitiveness - Managing employee benefits to enhance employee satisfaction - Establishing performance goals for employees - Conducting regular performance reviews - Developing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Managing HR documentation effectively - Handling any legal issues that may arise in the HR domain **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of experience in human resources management required This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
