Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the real estate group, including sales, marketing, property management, and operational staff. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources to meet staffing needs efficiently. Conduct interviews, manage selection processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement : Foster a positive organizational culture and ensure effective communication between management and employees. Act as a liaison to resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair and timely resolution. Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention. Performance Management & Development : Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes. Identify training and development needs for employees and organize relevant learning opportunities to enhance skill sets and career growth. Support leadership in coaching and developing employees for future leadership roles within the company. HR Compliance & Policy Management : Ensure compliance with labor laws, real estate industry-specific regulations, and company policies. Stay current with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure that HR practices are aligned accordingly. Maintain HR documentation and records in accordance with legal and company requirements. Compensation & Benefits : Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the industry and aligned with company objectives. Conduct regular salary reviews and recommend adjustments as needed to retain top talent. Oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, etc.) and ensure effective communication of benefits offerings. HR Strategy & Reporting : Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of the real estate group. Provide regular HR reports and data analytics to senior management, including turnover rates, hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness. Monitor key HR metrics and propose strategies for improvement. HR Systems & Technology : Manage and oversee the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to streamline HR processes, including employee records, payroll, and performance tracking. Implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and data management. Health, Safety & Well-being : Ensure that workplace safety standards are met and develop initiatives to promote the physical and mental well-being of employees. Coordinate health and safety training and compliance with relevant regulations
