Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

· Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

· Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

· Develop and maintain talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.

2. Employee Relations

· Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

· Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.

· Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

3. Performance Management

· Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

· Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.

· Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.

4. Compensation & Benefits

· Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies.

· Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal equity standards.

5. Policy Development & Compliance

· Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

6. HR Strategy & Reporting

· Contribute to business strategy through workforce planning and organizational design.

· Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend improvements.

· Support leadership with data-driven HR insights and reports.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

· Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) preferred.
