Summary: We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will drive organizational culture, ensure compliance, and support business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop & implement HR policies and strategies Oversee end-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition Manage employee relations, grievances & engagement Ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies Drive performance management & training programs Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits Support workforce planning & organizational development Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech companies Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices Experience in HRMS, talent management & retention strategies Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
