About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager

Tech and Non-Tech hiring

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline through diverse channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and campus drives).
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand requirements and deliver quality hires on time.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
• Enhance employer branding through creative outreach and engagement activities.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy.
• Drive performance review processes, feedback sessions, and employee growth initiatives.
• Lead engagement and culture-building activities to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, legal compliance, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience

  in HR, with strong focus on recruitment and operations.
• Proven ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Prior experience managing HR executives or interns.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and modern hiring practices.
• A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
