We're looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our human resource functions, build strong teams, and create an inspiring and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution Design and implement performance management systems Plan training programs and team development initiatives Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning Promote company culture and values through internal communication and HR practices Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Deep understanding of HR functions and labor legislation Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Strong organizational and decision-making abilities Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
