Job Description

· A HR Manager is a qualified and skilled HR expert whose role is important to the organization because they help recruit and build a loyal workforce. Manage end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliances and relevant laws and regulations. Can handle both blue & white collars. Develop and implement effective employee onboarding and off boarding process Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, Filing and performance evaluations. Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and provide counseling support to employees. Collaborate with management to design and implement employee training and development programs. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee productivity and promote a positive work environment. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. Administer compensation, benefits and Payroll programs. Create employee recognition and rewards initiative. Required Skills: - · Excellent Communication Skills · Ability to foster healthy employee relationship · Leadership skills · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Master’s degree in Human resources management or related areas.
