Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Recruitment : Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers and professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's operational needs. Employee Relations and Industrial Relations : Maintaining harmonious relationships between management and employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Training and Development : Identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs to enhance employee competencies, ensuring the workforce is equipped to meet production demands. Performance Management : Implementing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, providing feedback, and developing plans for career growth and improvement. Compliance and Statutory Adherence : Ensuring compliance with local labour laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements pertinent to the manufacturing industry/service sector. Payroll and Compensation Management : Payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, and managing compensation structures to remain competitive. Workforce Planning and Management : Analyzing workforce requirements, managing shift schedules, and ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet production targets. Health and Safety Oversight : Promoting a culture of safety by implementing health and safety programs, conducting regular audits, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Policy Development and Implementation : Formulating and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal standards. Employee Engagement and Welfare : Initiating programs to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention, while addressing welfare needs and promoting a positive work environment. Preferred candidate profile Thorough knowledge in setting up of process/procedure & strategies in HR functions. Hands on experience in local and national labor laws Hands-on experience in HR functions in manufacturing/service sector(managing shift schedules and addressing specific needs of a production workforce etc.) Educational Qualification: Degree in HR or Business Administration or related field with minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing & Service industries.
