Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process for both plants, focusing on skilled labour and technicians. Employee Relations: Manage employee problems, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain safety and legal documentation. Performance Management: Implement performance reviews, training, and development programs. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits programs, ensuring competitive compensation. Health & Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct regular training. HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals. Employee Engagement: Foster high employee morale through engagement initiatives and wellness programs. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). Experience: 8-10 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with a focus on blue-collar workforce management. Skills: Knowledge of labour laws, HR software, performance management, and employee relations. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Key KPIs: Recruitment success rate, employee retention, compliance, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
