Build a team for BPO or Calling Centers. Strategize and conduct employee orientation to align them with the company’s objectives. Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. Analyze salary, wage reports, and information to formulate a competitive compensation plan. Draft and implement directives for department managers concerning employment opportunities, reimbursements, compensation, and employee benefits. Take legal assistance to make certain that policies comply with the local and national laws. Maintain and oversee the recording and preserving of records required by the government as well as other departments in the organization.
