Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (Female)candidate with 5+Year of experience and to lead our human resources functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, generalist HR operations, and payroll management . Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of the organization. - Develop job descriptions, post job advertisements, and source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. - Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in alignment with legal compliance and company standards. - Process and review payroll for all employees accurately and on time. - Process and review payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of proven experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment, generalist activities, and payroll. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
