Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Handle employee relations and conflict resolution Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies Oversee performance management and employee development Maintain HR records and support payroll coordination Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field 3+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices Excellent communication and leadership skills
