Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talents. Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and build job descriptions for technical and non-technical positions. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. 2. Employee Engagement and Retention Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retain key talent. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs aligned with the company's tech-driven culture. Conduct regular feedback sessions and ensure a healthy work environment. 3. Learning and Development Create and manage training programs to upskill employees in the latest technology trends. Facilitate workshops and certifications on best practices for various departments. Promote a culture of continuous learning to keep the workforce competitive in the evolving tech landscape. 4. Performance Management Implement a performance appraisal system tailored to the IT and technology domain. Set measurable KPIs for employees, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Provide guidance to managers on conducting reviews and delivering constructive feedback. 5. Policy Development and Compliance Develop HR policies in line with Indian labor laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all office locations. Promote workplace diversity and inclusivity. 6. Compensation and Benefits Benchmark compensation packages to attract and retain top talents. Manage payroll, performance bonuses, and other employee benefits. Regularly review benefits programs to ensure they align with industry standards. 7. Workforce Planning and Succession Planning Anticipate workforce needs based on project pipelines and business objectives. Develop succession plans for key roles within the organization. Collaborate with management to ensure scalability of the workforce as the business grows. 8. HR Technology and Analytics Manage HR tools for recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Use data analytics to measure HR performance, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Generate reports to provide insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement. 9. Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts while ensuring compliance with company policies. Foster a positive relationship between employees and management. 10. Strategic HR Planning Align HR strategies with the companys goals in digital transformation and technological innovation. Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and adapt to market trends. Support the implementation of agile methodologies within the workforce. 11. Office Management Across Locations Oversee HR operations across branch offices (Chennai, Cochin, Calicut, and Coimbatore). Travel occasionally to ensure uniform implementation of HR policies and address location-specific challenges. Establish local networks to build employer branding and strengthen recruitment pipelines. Preferred candidate profile o Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, (Graduation in B. Tech is a plus). o Proven experience as an HR Manager in IT Industry for 7+ years. o Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. o Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
