Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Develop job descriptions and post job openings.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.
  • Onboarding & Orientation:
  • Organize and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and ensure a smooth integration.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Handle employee queries and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in setting KPIs and conducting appraisals.
  • Maintain employee records and performance reports.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
  • Coordinate with the Client regarding payment and pitch our services
  • Coordinate with the vendor for the payment and work with them
  • Exit Process:
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements.
  • Analyse feedback for organizational improvement.
  • Arrange a meeting with the Vendors and the client.
  • Coordination with the client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,958.90 - ₹58,445.36 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
