Job Description

We are an IT & Digital Marketing agency looking for an HR professional who can also manage client coordination. This role involves handling HR operations as well as ensuring smooth communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits using HRMS tools.
  • Organize employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and share insights with management.
  • Coordinate with clients, address their queries, and ensure timely support.
  • Maintain healthy communication between teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR and client servicing.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,087.15 - ₹24,296.63 per month
