Role & responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage sourcing, screening, and selection processes; oversee smooth onboarding and orientation programs. Training & Development : Identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness. Employee Engagement : Drive initiatives for employee satisfaction, team building, and retention strategies. HR Operations : Ensure accurate documentation, timely payroll processing, and compliance with company policies. Grievance Redressal : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure adherence to the code of conduct. Exit Formalities : Conduct exit interviews, manage knowledge transfer, and maintain alumni relations. Preferred candidate profile PGDM or MBA in HRM Min 3 Years of Exp in BFSI / NBFC / VC / IB Sector Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Key Skills Recruitment and Talent Management Employee Engagement and Retention Training and Development HR Operations & Compliance
