Job Description

Job Profile – · Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions, including job postings, interviews, and workforce planning. · Address employee concerns professionally and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention. · Design and deliver onboarding, training, and professional development programs for staff and faculty. · Manage performance appraisal systems, facilitate regular feedback, and align goals with institutional objectives. · Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and institutional regulations. · Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in employee records and HR documentation. · Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee welfare initiatives. · Align HR strategies with the institute’s long-term goals and advise leadership on workforce planning and growth. · Performing conscientiously and honestly all duties and responsibilities incidental to your employment; such other duties and responsibilities; as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time. Handled workforce of minimum 100-200 employees Experience – Minimum 10 yrs in core HR Skills : Excellent communication skill. Expertise on MS Office and working knowledge on HRMS software . Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate (HR ) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Human resources management: 10 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
