Key Responsibilities: Candiate screeneing and shortlisitng : Onboarding & Orientation: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, assist with documentation, and integrate new hires into company culture. Employee Engagement: Support team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and workplace culture initiatives. Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, maintaining records, and researching best practices for growth. HR Operations: Handle employee queries, support HR communications, and coordinate HR activities. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain employee records, support compliance tasks, and assist in policy implementation. Exit Formalities: Assist with exit interviews, collect feedback, and manage documentation for smooth transitions. Qualifications & Skills: Fresher graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for employee engagement, L&D, and workplace culture. profiecent in English and working knowledge of Hindi, Kannda, Tamil, Telgu would be added advantage. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn HR tools. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
