Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute our HR workstream implementation strategy. • Strategize and lead HR analysts for Talent Management, Rewards/Recognitions/Benefits, Learning and Development, EXPAT Strategy, and HR Analytics. • Design and implement the Day 1 experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding process. • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package tailored for our GCC talent. • Design and implement culture-specific and technical training and onboarding programs for our GCC talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values. • Implement technical HR solutions, including HRIS and LMS, ensuring alignment with our global systems. • Serve as the lead strategist for Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Management. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in HR strategy and implementation. • Proven track record in leading HR analysts and managing various HR domains. • Expertise in designing and implementing compensation structures and benefits packages. • Strong knowledge of HRIS and LMS systems. • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills. • Ability to design and implement culture-specific training and onboarding programs.
