Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage employee grievances and engagement through effective grievance redressal mechanisms. Oversee HR administration tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and performance appraisals. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention rates by fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth through talent acquisition and development. Preferred Profile 2-5 years of experience in an HR Role Master's degree in any discipline (M.B.A/ M.M.S in Management). Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, grievance management, performance appraisal, onboarding, payroll management.
