Designation - Retainer Job Description for Onboarding (Mumbai & Pune) Managing the end to end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles Virtual & Physical Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems and ensuring compliance with all processes Maintaining & updating different HR-Op reports. Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding. Employee query resolution on the HR portal Ensuring timely initiation of BGV as per clients Must Have: Work experience in HR Onboarding Good Communication Skill (Verbal and Written), Quick Learner Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Powerpoint/ Excel Job Description for LNA Executive (Mumbai) Handling leave and attendance queries End to end responsible for managing payroll inputs (Attendance and Leave) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance Maintaining and publishing data as per business requirement Must Have: Relevant Work experience Good Communication Skill (Verbal and Written), Quick Learner and Team handling experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Powerpoint/ Excel Shift Timings - 10 am to 6pm / 11 am to 7 pm Notice Period required - Immediate to 30 Days No. of working days - 5 days working Education - Masters in Business/ Graduate
