HR Internship

As an HR Intern at Trackpi Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a 3-month unpaid internship program focused on providing you with real-world HR experience. You will work closely with the HR team to contribute to recruitment processes and client service recruitment, shaping the workforce development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. - Maintain and update candidate database, tracking recruitment progress. - Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new employees. - Contribute to the development of HR policies and related documentation. - Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and virtual team-building events. - Address HR-related inquiries and provide administrative assistance. - Assist in implementing performance evaluation and feedback processes. - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information. **Requirements:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have access to your own laptop. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities effectively. - Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities. - Proactive mindset with a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration. In addition to gaining practical HR experience and exposure to policies, you will receive an internship certificate upon successful completion.
