Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Coimbatore. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, HR policies, employee benefits coordination, and personnel management. Daily tasks will include updating employee records, coordinating meetings, assisting in the onboarding process, and supporting HR-related projects.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and understanding of HR Policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field

Note: Certification will be provided but No Stipend

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1.00 per year
