Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for an HR Internship. The intern will be responsible for supporting HR management, implementing and adhering to HR policies, managing personnel records, assisting with employee benefits, and performing various administrative tasks. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the HR domain through hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience or knowledge in HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
