Roles and Responsibilities Work from Office role Source, screen and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases & social media Screen candidate's resume and job applications & conduct interviews for sales/business development profile Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Branding of the Company amongst prospective candidates Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities Employer branding, promoting the social media platforms, community building & improving the reach of our job openings Desired Candidate Profile Excellent oral and written communication skills Capable to handle elementary to mid-level profiles Proactive, Energetic and never give up attitude Should have a Learning Attitude Able to meet given deadlines Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs & social media platforms Excellent coordination skills with a sense of ownership Qualification & Experience: MBA/PGDM 8,000 to 12,000 (Fulltime Internship) 16,000 to 20,000 (Fulltime) - Negotiable for a right-fit candidate Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage Immediate Joiners only (Can Join within 7 days from selection) Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
