Job Title : HR Intern Location : Bhopal Department : Human Resources Reports to : HR Manager Duration : 3 Months Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in the HR field. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support : Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.). Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates. Maintain and update the recruitment database. Onboarding Assistance : Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation preparations. Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and other necessary HR documentation. Employee Engagement : Help in organizing team-building events and employee engagement activities. Assist in preparing internal communications and newsletters. HR Documentation : Assist in maintaining employee files (physical and digital). Help update and manage employee records in HR systems. Training & Development : Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. Help track employee development programs and maintain records. General Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to HR team members on various tasks. Answer employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.
