About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department in daily operations. This role offers exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and process improvement — ideal for individuals passionate about building a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews on LinkedIn, Apna, Internshala, and other job portals. • Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate databases and trackers. • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms and monitor application flow. Onboarding & Documentation • Support joining formalities, employee documentation, and induction processes. • Maintain accurate and organized employee records. Employee Engagement & Culture • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. • Contribute ideas to enhance employee morale and workplace culture. HR Operations & Administration • Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with daily HR coordination. • Support preparation of HR reports, internal communications, and policy updates. • Participate in performance management and feedback tracking. Process Improvement • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize internal HR processes. • Stay updated on HR best practices and suggest improvements for efficiency. Requirements• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital HR tools. • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
