Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and interns. Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee files. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy development. Help in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, policies, and reports. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Assist in performance management and feedback collection processes.
