Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: draft job posts, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate tracking in the ATS.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processesprepare offer letters, orientation schedules, equipment checklists, and exit documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (attendance, leave, personal information) and generate routine HR reports.
- Help administer payroll inputs (attendance, reimbursements) and liaise with payroll/finance for timely processing.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal communications, and workplace events to boost retention and culture.
- Support compliance and documentation efforts related to statutory records, HR policies, and basic labour law adherence.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and professional attitude for on-site work in India.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Workspace; high attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks with tight deadlines.
