Job Description

Fixed term - 6 months. A Day in the Life of HR Intern: As an HR intern within the HR department, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities. Assisting in updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and gaining exposure to various HR functions like recruitment, talent management and employee development. This role will provide an opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations. So, how are we going to keep you busy? Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms Screening resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Prepare HR-related reports as needed Participate in organizing employee engagement Maintain employee records, manage schedules, and organize HR documents Initiate background checks on potential candidates Assisting in overall ad hoc HR Operational activities What will make you eligible for this role? MBA/PGDM or relevant master s degree with HR Specialisation What will make you the best-fit for this role?
