Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern Talent Acquisition to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates, helping you develop strong HR and hiring skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with the HR team on various TA projects and initiatives. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in Talent Acquisition and HR functions.
