Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Manage performance management systems, including feedback, evaluations, and promotions.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to support professional growth.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, or new training programs.
