Job Description

Role & responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions. Schedule and follow up on interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Onboarding & Documentation: Facilitate the pre-joining formalities , including background verification and document collection. Assist in organizing orientation programs to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, such as ID creation, system setup, and HRIS updates. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement: Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups. Support in creating engaging job posts and employer branding initiatives. Assist in career fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events. HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain and update HR records, databases, and recruitment dashboards. Support HR team in process improvements and strategic talent initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS is a plus.
