Human Resource Interns (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the

  recruitment process

  — including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the

  onboarding and induction

  of new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain and update

  employee data and HR documentation

  accurately.
• Plan and coordinate

  employee engagement initiatives

  and internal events.
• Help in the

  formulation and implementation of HR policies

  and best practices.
• Assist with

  attendance, payroll coordination

  , and other HR administrative tasks.
• Address general employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Participate in

  special HR projects

  that contribute to organizational development.
