Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers. Support in employer branding initiatives and job postings. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires. Collaborate with the HR team for process improvements.
