Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern (Recruiter) at Daphnis Labs. The HR Intern will support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates. The intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee documents, and handling personnel-related tasks. Additionally, the role involves supporting the HR team with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and learning about the core aspects of HR management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Familiarity with HR Policies and processes, including compliance with regulations and employee onboarding
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management concepts
• Basic organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in using HR software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
