We’re on a mission to modernize devotion for the next generation. Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers Support onboarding and documentation for new employees Maintain HR records and employee data in databases Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team events Draft HR communications, announcements, and internal documents Conduct basic research and help with HR analytics and reports Support day-to-day operations of the HR department Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Good organizational and time management abilities High level of discretion and attention to detail Enthusiastic about learning and working in a fast-paced environment Perks: Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Flexible work environment Opportunity to convert to a full-time role (performance-based) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Will you be able to join us immediately?
