Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. As an HR Intern, you will assist with a variety of tasks that support the HR department in its day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop a deeper understanding of HR functions within a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. On boarding: Help with the preparation of new hire documentation and assist with the onboarding process for new employees. Attendance Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant. HR Administration: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as processing leave requests, and updating employee databases. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee events, surveys, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Currently enrolled or completed Bachelors or Masters degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Internship in HR domain. Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Placement Opportunities: Full time opportunities post internship basis performance. Mentorship: Work closely with HR leaders who will provide mentorship and career guidance and gain valuable HR experience and insights into various HR functions
