Job Description

1. HRMS Updates & Data Management Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS platform . Ensure accuracy of employee details, attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits data. Support HR analytics and reporting by extracting and analyzing data from the system. Assist in troubleshooting HRMS-related issues and liaise with the IT/HR tech team for solutions. 2. Audit Management Support Assist in HR audit documentation and reports . Support in employee file management and documentation for audit readiness. Coordinate with internal teams for audit-related data validation and verification . 3. HR Compliance & Process Improvement Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and compliance checklists . Support HR team in employee verification, background checks, and document validation . Identify gaps in HR records and suggest corrective actions. 4. General HR Operations Support Assist in onboarding and offboarding documentation . Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and communication . Maintain confidentiality of HR records and sensitive information. Requirements: Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRMS software, MS Excel, and HR analytics . Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive data with accuracy and confidentiality. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
