We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our HR department. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in Human Resources and looking to gain experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, employee support and compliance. The Junior HR Intern will provide administrative support to the HR and ensure smooth operations of HR processes. Recruitment & Onboarding : Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate and organize onboarding activities for new hires. Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation related to recruitment. Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Assist in the preparation and tracking of HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and HR policies. HR & office Administration : Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related matters and provide general support. Employee Engagement & Welfare : Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
