1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media Screen resumes and schedule interviews Coordinate onboarding documentation and induction processes 2. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain employee records (hard and soft copies) Update HR databases with new hire information Help prepare HR letters, contracts, and certificates 3. Employee Engagement Support planning and execution of engagement activities and events Collect employee feedback through surveys or informal channels Assist in internal communications (emails, announcements, etc.) 4. Attendance & Leave Tracking Assist in monitoring attendance reports Help track leave balances and coordinate with payroll/admin 5. Compliance & Policy Support Ensure documents are archived as per policy Assist in updating and communicating HR policies 6. Learning & Development Help coordinate training programs and sessions Maintain attendance and feedback logs for training activities 7. General Support Support HR team in day-to-day administrative duties Participate in HR meetings and take meeting notes Handle employee queries or route them to the concerned HR member
