Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new interns and employees
• Maintain and update employee records and internal HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and team events
• Collaborate with the HR team on policy updates, compliance, and documentation

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and job portals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
