Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and other platforms. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database. Assist in onboarding processes and HR documentation. Support other HR functions as needed. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
