Role & responsibilities

alent Acquisition-

Job posting and candidate sourcing:
Post job ads on various platforms and assist in sourcing candidates.
Resume screening:
Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
Interview coordination:
Schedule interviews

Employee Engagement-

Event support:
Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
Survey administration:
Help with distributing employee engagement surveys and collecting feedback.

HR Operations-

Onboarding and offboarding:
Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
Record management:
Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy.
Onboarding Support:
Help with the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and assisting with new hire paperwork.
HR Operations Tasks:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations such as data entry, background checks, and monitoring attendance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare HR-related reports.

Stipend : - Basis on Selection
